Your child is eligible to register for Kindergarten 1 (K1) at an MOE Kindergarten if they meet both requirements: 

Citizenship: Your child must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Age requirements by admission year:

For 2026 K1 admission: Your child must be born between 2 January 2021 and 1 January 2022 (inclusive of both dates).

For 2027 K1 admission: Your child must be born between 2 January 2022 and 1 January 2023 (inclusive of both dates).

How to apply:

You are required to complete the waitlist form below for consideration.

You will be contacted once there is a suitable vacancy for your child.

MK Financial Assistance

If your child is a Singapore Citizen, they may qualify for financial assistance under the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS). KiFAS is provided by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and applies only to MK school fees.
